About
Telma Araújo, from Portugal, concentrates her work focus in the cities of Porto (Portugal) and Barcelona (Spain). She has been training in the artistic field in various branches, since 2015, with her specialization in Jewelry at the Artistic School of Soares dos Reis, Porto; her training in Enamel in High Fire at the School of Art 3, in Madrid, in 2018 and participation in workshops that complement her esteem for Sculpture and for Plastic Arts.
She has a Bachelor in Fine Arts - Sculpture, at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, where she had the opportunity to participate in group exhibitions in Portugal, such as: Do Percurso Falam as Mãos (2022), in Porto, Unfinished (2022), in Porto, Desatar Nós para Nós-Atar (2022), in Porto, and Lume Brando (2021), in Santo Tirso.
Finishing her bachelor in 2022, she went on to do a 5 month internship in Escuela de Arte 3, in Madrid, as an assistant in a Jewelry workshop, where she also had the opportunity to teach a workshop on Metal Fusion; and move on to another 2 month internship, with the same function, in Escola d'Art La Industrial, in Barcelona.
Now she cultivates even further her knowledge and passion for glasswork working in a Glassblowing Studio with The Glass Apprentice, in Barcelona.
